These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.everhomecircle.com (the “Site”) and all products, services, and content offered by Everhome Circle LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Everhome Circle offers digital products, including guided journals, workbooks, and related resources, as well as programs and services such as group coaching sessions and guided experiences. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time.

Participation in any group coaching sessions, guided experiences, or programs does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, attorney–client, or other professional relationship, and we do not guarantee any particular results or outcomes.

Digital Products and Downloads

When you purchase a digital product from Everhome Circle, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share digital products without express written permission.

Digital products are delivered electronically and typically available immediately upon payment. Access may be time-limited. We do not guarantee perpetual access but will provide reasonable notice before removing previously purchased products when feasible.

You are responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet are compatible with our digital products. We are not responsible if you cannot access a product due to device or connectivity issues.

Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

Some products are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon KDP or Barnes & Noble. These purchases are governed by the retailer’s terms and policies. Any issues with such purchases must be directed to the respective platform.

Payment and Pricing

By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us at hello@everhomecircle.com to resolve the issue in good faith.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

Physical products or programs with specific refund policies will include applicable terms at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our products—including text, graphics, designs, and downloads—is the property of Everhome Circle LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. “Everhome Circle” and the logo are trademarks of Everhome Circle LLC. Before filing legal action or chargebacks, you agree to first contact us and attempt informal resolution for 30 days.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and purchase-specific terms, constitute the full agreement between you and Everhome Circle LLC.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
