Lenna - Author and founder of Everhome Circle, creating emotional infrastructure for quiet suffering.

From Lenna

I build Everhome Circle while living the same kind of life you are trying to survive. This is where I share the words and resources that help me keep going.

I am a mother. I navigate a demanding career that asks for precision, endurance, and the quiet strength to show up fully even when life feels heavy. I am also a woman who has walked through burnout, divorce, grief, and starting over more times than I planned.

Everhome Circle was not born in a quiet cabin. It was built in school drop off lines, hospital waiting rooms, late night emails, and the in-between moments after hard conversations.

If you see yourself in any part of that, this page is for you.

The Kind of Tired Sleep Cannot Fix

You know the feeling. You sleep eight hours and wake up just as heavy. You take the vacation, sit by the water, watch the sun go down

Lenna’s five favorites right now

These are not sponsored or paid recommendations. They are the voices, practices, and tools I return to in different seasons of my own life. Use what helps, leave what does not.

How I carry this into my work

By day, I work in a role that requires clear thinking under pressure and the resilience to carry responsibilities without letting it carry me.

I bring that same structured, intentional approach to Everhome Circle. The essays, journals, and practices you see here are shaped by the reality of deadlines, children who need me, and the ache of a life that has asked more of me than I planned.

If you see yourself in my story

You do not have to do what I did in the hardest seasons of my life, which was carry it all alone. You can start smaller and gentler.

Five days of honest pages. Thirty days of structured reflection. One path at a time.

If you want more than pages

The journals were written for the woman who needs to process alone, in her own time, without anyone watching. That is sacred work.

But some seasons ask for more than pages can hold.

If you are in one of those seasons, where the weight feels too heavy to carry without a witness, where you need someone to sit with you in the mess before you can find your way through, I offer that too.

In a 30-minute Clarity Call, we will name what you are carrying, identify your next best step, and decide whether private support fits.

This is support and direction, not therapy or crisis care.
